ANIEA Idea Incubator
The ANIEA Idea Incubator is a collaborative space that supports individuals and organizations with ideas for educational courses, workshops, continuing education activities, and community-based learning initiatives.
Whether you are a nurse, educator, community leader, student, or advocate, the Idea Incubator provides structured guidance to help you refine your concept, align it with learning objectives, and determine the best pathway for development, approval, and implementation. Our approach emphasizes mentorship, accessibility, and real-world impact—locally and globally.
Through flexible levels of support, participants can receive feedback on course ideas, assistance with learning outcomes and content structure, and guidance on pathways such as continuing education approval, community education, or future program development. The Idea Incubator reflects ANIEA’s shared collective model, where ideas are nurtured through partnership, transparency, and mutual respect.
