The ANIEA Teaching Lab offers a dynamic, supportive space to grow as nurse educators through practical coaching, mentorship, and collaboration. Led by experienced and tenured nursing faculty, the Lab is designed to strengthen teaching excellence across diverse learning environments.

Participants receive:

• Individualized and group coaching on evidence-based teaching strategies, content development, and curriculum design

In addition, the Teaching Lab hosts a regular schedule of webinars and group classes focused on topics such as:

There are no membership fees.

Participants of the Nurse Faculty Launchpad receive three months of unlimited access to the ANIEA Teaching Lab post-completion for continued growth, feedback, and community support.

The Teaching Lab is available on a pay-for-service basis, allowing educators to access only the resources and support they need, when they need them. This flexible model ensures affordability, accessibility, and equity in professional development.
